General Terms and Conditions Big Little Secrets
Article 1 – General
These general terms and conditions apply to every visit to the Big Little Secrets website, every membership of the Big Little Secrets community, and every purchase and use of tickets for events organised by Big Little Secrets. By visiting the website, applying for a membership and/or purchasing a ticket, the visitor declares to have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions.
Article 2 – Members-only nature & membership
All Big Little Secrets events are private and exclusively accessible to persons who have been admitted in advance and are on the guest list. Access is only possible in a personal name. Big Little Secrets reserves the right to refuse a membership or access without giving reasons. Completing a registration form does not guarantee admission. Data of rejected applications will be deleted immediately.
Article 3 – Tickets
Tickets can only be purchased via a unique, personal ticket link provided after registration at www.biglittle-secrets.nl. An e-ticket is personal, name-bound and non-transferable. Tickets are checked at entry against name and identity. If the provided details or photos do not match the persons presenting themselves at the entrance, access may be refused and the membership will be revoked. No refund is possible.
Article 4 – Cancellation and rescheduling of event tickets
If a visitor is unable to attend the event for which an event ticket was purchased, the ticket may be converted once to a subsequent comparable Big Little Secrets event. Converting an event ticket is free of charge, provided this is requested in writing at least one (1) month before the start of the new event via secrets@biglittle-secrets.nl. For ticket conversion requests made within one (1) month before the start of the new event, an administration and processing fee of €25 per person will be charged. A ticket can only be converted to the next available event. After that, the right to further conversion expires. If the ticket price of the new event is higher than that of the original ticket, the ticket holder must pay the price difference. Refund of ticket payments already made is not possible.
Article 5 – Hotel tickets & Dinner Dansant
If a visitor is unable to attend the event for which a hotel ticket was purchased, the event ticket will be separated from the hotel booking. The event ticket can be rescheduled once to the next event in accordance with Article 4. The hotel booking remains unchanged and is non-refundable. Dinner Dansant tickets cannot be rescheduled. Only if a ticket guarantee has been taken out via Your Ticket Provider may a refund be claimed, in accordance with that provider’s terms and conditions.
Article 6 – Cancellation & notification obligation
Cancellation must be reported by email no later than 10:00 AM on the day of the event via secrets@biglittle-secrets.nl. For multi-day events, the first day of the event is the final notification deadline. Notifications after this time will result in full forfeiture of the ticket without the right to reschedule or refund.
Article 7 – Behaviour, safety and house rules
The minimum age for participation is 21 years, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. Single men are not permitted. Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted. Bringing your own drinks or food is not permitted. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. The organisation reserves the right to refuse or remove visitors who misbehave, without refund.
Article 8 – Dress code & inspection
A specific dress code applies to all events and must be observed. If the dress code is not met, entry may be refused without refund. To ensure safety, a superficial inspection of clothing and bags may take place. If refused, entry may be denied.
Article 9 – Liability
Entering the event is entirely at your own risk. Big Little Secrets is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings. Damage to the property of the venue or Big Little Secrets will be recovered from the person responsible.
Article 10 – Privacy, photography and discretion
Respect, privacy and discretion are core values of Big Little Secrets. Photography and filming by visitors is prohibited. Photos and videos taken by Big Little Secrets may be published in a secured online environment for members. Members may submit requests for removal of images, which will be honoured. Unpublished images will be destroyed shortly after the event.
Article 11 – Personal data
Big Little Secrets processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation. Personal data is used exclusively for communication and purposes related to the community and events. Personal data will not be retained longer than necessary. Access, correction or deletion can be requested via secrets@biglittle-secrets.nl.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the website, events and content of Big Little Secrets belong exclusively to the organisation.
Article 13 – Cancellation policy Big Little Holiday / Ibiza
Cancellation before 1 January 2026: refund of 80% of the deposit. Cancellation before 1 March 2026: refund of 50% of the deposit. After 1 March 2026 the booking is non-refundable. The reservation may be transferred to another BLS member. Prices exclude flights, transport and other meals and drinks. The most current version of the general terms and conditions always takes precedence.
